Delivery of four CENTURION LN200/9-1812 mounted on Volvo chassis FM460 HP 8*2. It was an impressive view when the units were formated on a line before delivery. We thank ISS Teollisuuspalvelut, Rauma, Finland, for the order and wish them good luck with their new units.

Delivery and start up of our first vacloader to OJSC SUEK (Siberian Coal Energy Company) Russia, is now made. It is a LN200/9-3208 with front mounted sweeper G50. We thank SUEK for their order and wish them good luck with their new vacloader.

Since we started our training of operators on vacuum units, almost 1000 persons have been certified. The training consists of
· Vacuum system theory
· Vacuum unit operation
· Vacuum system layout
· Safety issues
· Suction technology

Exhibition SEBE 2009 22-26 April Belgrade.
“The Building Trade Fair in Belgrade became the most important specialized fair event in this branch in the entire region of South East Europe.”
Our representative in Serbia, Farm Industries participated with two mobile vacuum units, DECO 09 owned by Lafarge and P210/9-1812 HT owned by Izoprogres.

Official opening of our new Customer Service Centre in Irlam, UK
On Tuesday 12th May the official opening of our new Customer Service Centre took place. Many were there to meet the new UK team, check out the new range of DISAB accessories and parts, and see a new DISAB truck unit LN200/9-1812HT. The Service Centre will primarily sell accessories and spare parts to our British customers with mobile or stationary vacuum units and gradually execute education/training and service. Seen on the picture are Mr. Gerry Campbell (to the right) agent for UK/Ireland and Mr. Andrew Little, Managing Director at ANDIDRAIN.

Delivery of our lastest addition to the fleet of mobile DISAB machines P210/9-1810 to NORCEM AS in Kjöpsvik, Norway. A unit built on a 3-axle chassis with both suction and blow facility.

End of January the first unit of four ordered by Veolia Miljö AS in Norway was delivered. Veolia has choosen unit P210/9-1812 with high tip function. The other three units will be delivered during the 1st half of 2009.

DISAB Vacuum Technology AB has acquired the companies of GOTLAND (Gotland Ltd and Gotland Systems Ltd) with an annual turnover of 15 MSEK and 7 employees, starting 1st October 2008. GOTLAND is a well-run company with good profit margins. GOTLAND’s main activity is to rent and sell small vacuum units/systems to customers within the industrial sectors in UK. This creates synergy effects for DISAB-TELLA to supply products to GOTLAND. The acquisition will strengthen and extend the DISAB Group’s range of products and services. We welcome all employees of GOTLAND and we look forward to develop a co-operation that is built on continuity, long experience, highly-skilled employees and mutual respect. |
